This is a beautiful Tudor style home in a historic neighborhood. But to make it functional for a modern family we add an addition of a large open family room with a casual dining nook, mudroom and pantry, as well as gutting and expanding the existing kitchen. The result is a light filled space with many functions in one space. The family can eat, watch tv, cook, do homework together and without being in eachothers way.
